1. Filter equipment

5. Process:
(1) Clean the piping of the electrophoresis tank circulation system
A. Clean up the visible residue particles, dust and oil stains in the electrophoresis tank.
B. Then put appropriate demulsifiers, organics, and solvent funds into the electrophoresis tank, and fill it with drinking water. The circulation system is 3-5 hours to clean up the oil stains in the electrophoresis tank and the circulation system pipeline, and the alkaline residues in the neutralization tank are then discharged. Used to clean the water washing tank and anodized hood.
C. Separate and clean the residual positive ions in the electrophoresis tank, circulation system pipeline and pump with double distilled water.
(2) Preparation of electrophoresis solution: According to the standard of the electrophoresis tank, carry over the original consumption required, and use double distilled water to dilute the original car paint to the standard solid content of the paint as required. And pass the 280-350 mesh filter into the tank, let the electrophoretic paint circulation system mature for 24 hours.
(3) Electrophoresis temperature: It is generally controlled between 30-35℃, and the thickness of the paint layer increases with the increase in temperature. (2) Engineering construction working voltage: According to the different aluminum profiles and the different spacing between the pole pieces, the engineering construction working voltage is generally controlled at 80-180V. (3) Electrophoresis time: According to the thickness of the paint layer, it is generally operated in 40-90 seconds.
(4) Roasting: Roasting temperature is 180℃, and it is always controlled at up and down for 30 minutes.
